BOOKING A COURSE

Courses can be booked by filling in the application form below.

Provisional bookings can be made by:

Provisional bookings must be confirmed by payment of the deposit within 7 days of the booking. The deposit is 50% of the full course fee, payable as confirmation of the course booking. The balance being due NOT LATER than 14 days before the course commencement date. (If the course booked commences less than 14 days from the date of booking, the full fee is payable at the time of booking) Cheques should be made payable to Chalice. Copies of relevant qualifications (if required for the course) MUST accompany the deposit/payment. All confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by post or email. Details of directions, college address, start and end times of courses and any other relevant information will be included in the acknowledgement. Details of local accommodation can be sent on request..

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the student giving 14 days notice (or more):

• Full refund less a £10 admin charge or:
• Transference to an alternative suitable course date.

Cancellation by the student giving 13 days notice (or less):

• Course with in house lecturer - Full refund less a £10 admin charge
• Course with visiting lecturer - Forfeit of deposit with refund of any excess balance paid.

Non Attendance

• Students failing to attend on the day of the course will lose the full value of the course.

Cancellation by Chalice College

• All fees paid refunded in full - or:
• Student transferred to an alternative suitable course date.
